On this brisk February afternoon, I found lots of waterfowl along the partially frozen North Platte River in North Platte, Nebraska. With lots of subjects to shoot this afternoon, I spotted this pair of Canadian Geese and as I was looking through the viewfinder I was blown away by the magnificent golden reflection on the shallow water in a backwater area.
