This mule deer doe with her twins were out exploring the area where they live. They make their home in a small wooded area inside Union Pacific's Bailey Yard, located in North Platte, Nebraska. Bailey Yard is the world's largest railroad classification yard. For many years the mule deer population inside the yard has been around a dozen or so.

Interested in photography since my high school years in the late 60’s, I finally purchased a Nikon SLR in the late 70’s and wasn’t long until I started selling my work.
