The air is brisk; the mood serene. The gently lapping waves and the damp sand shimmering in the early morning light entice you to take a stroll along the beach. What a way to start the day.

This photograph was captured along the north shore of Lake McConaughy north of Ogallala, Nebraska on November 30, 2013. I cropped this photograph to a 2:3 ratio. It is also available in a 1:2 ratio in my gallery titled "Landscape".

Bill Kesler

Interested in photography since my high school years in the late 60’s, I finally purchased a Nikon SLR in the late 70’s and wasn’t long until I started selling my work. In 1970 I began my electrical career and continued to mix photography into my daily travels. With my successful electrical career coming to a close with retirement in mind, I won’t be one of those persons that retire and wonder what they will do with the rest of their lives. I am sure that I will stay very active with my photography. Photography has blessed me in so many ways, and I continue to be in awe of God’s wonderful work with this beautiful world we live in.
