Up before dawn with the anticipation of a glorious sunrise, I was pleasantly surprised as this beautiful scene unfolded. Watching the changing of the color palette along the horizon to the partial cloud cover, it is simply magical.
I was positioned on Dodge Hill Road just south of North Platte, Nebraska in total awe. This area has multiple high voltage transmission lines heading to various parts of our state, and I love the silhouette of the steel tower structures.
This photograph has had an artistic filter applied to give it qualities unique to the art of painting.

About Bill Kesler
Interested in photography since my high school years in the late 60’s, I finally purchased a Nikon SLR in the late 70’s and wasn’t long until I started selling my work. In 1970 I began my electrical career and continued to mix photography into my daily travels. With my successful electrical career coming to a close with retirement in mind, I won’t be one of those persons that retire and wonder what they will do with the rest of their lives. I am sure that I will stay very active with my photography. Photography has blessed me in so many ways, and I continue to be in awe of God’s wonderful work with this beautiful world we live in.
