Description
Natural illumination from a full moon allows this long exposure to light up the reservoir outlet gate along with hundreds of stars. I took ninety-nine (99) long exposures and stacked them in the post-processing to form the star trails. I processed this in black-and-white and really like the "feel" of it. This photograph is also available in color in my gallery titled Astrophotography.
This photograph was made at Sutherland Reservoir State Recreation Area near Sutherland, Nebraska.
